This post shows that IOD can't use .web as a trademark but does not deny IOD's rights on .web .
This was a very specific Court case:
all considerations in such post are aimed to show that .web
can't be used by a trademark. They don't have an absolute validity
and there may be mistakes or misunderstanding or omissions
about the WHOLE IOD's matter about .web .

I am sure that if .web is assigned to Afilias or Neustar,
IOD will sue ICANN and WILL WIN, since the important facts
about the matter are much more than the ones exposed in
such specific case.
