This .tel application represents a very strong vision and supports the needs from the incumbent carriers to ASP entrepreneurs large and small.  I encourange other ASPs to carefully look at this application and consider what is going to happen if .tel is "not" granted. With a .tel domain developers can cross the digital divide from minutes based services to subscription based packet services. Applications for messaging, real time voice and fax will finally be enfranchised with the same capabilities -- until now reserved for the monopoly carriers. Eletel is currently working with NetNumber and we support ITAB as the regulatory body for .tel.  I'm shocked at what little attention this application is receiving when you consider what is at stake.  Please join me and support this application for .tel.
