Also its dishonest of you not to state your vested interest when posting this type of criticism. You might wish to answer my first question, then.  Why would you choose to apply for existing TLD's?  biz, firm, inc?  You must have been aware of their existence.  They are certainly not all mine.  Does Affinity not recognize prior use?  Also, why did no one at Affinity return phone calls or answer e-mail regarding this question and why did no one at the company know about this application when I called? Is it honest to ignore the fact that some of these TLd's have been active since 1996 and by using them in ICANN's root could fragment the net? Phil Berent Affinity Internet TLD Management Group
