Dear jennifer I find myself partially agreeing with you. As long as there is some
process in place that selectivley qualifies a target audience to set up home at the
.pro gTLD then a favorable outcome will be achieved. We have to keep in mind that
the proliferation of the internet into every nook and corner of your life is going
to need you to set up home one place or the other. The .nom and .pro gTLDs may be
critical in allowing you to do so. You should not jugde your need for a domain as
per your experience as of yet. So I feel its extremely important for ICANN to
plan for an organized structure on the internet while they still can. or the behemoth
will walk all over us and we'll be sitting on a pile digital mis-information.
