Sir,

This is a serious question to you since you are from Switzerland..(this is why I love the internet--immediate access!!)..Can you tell me (if you know) what the guidelines NP's must follow of there (in switzerland--point me to a link, etc??)...
I do appreciate your comments as I am only trying to understand CORE, it's mission and if it is being compliant, whether it's in Switzerland or the US...I agree that it would not be subject to IRS rules over here..unless it had a physical building over here with employees...Then they would be subject to some scrutiny...again Thanks!!!
