There has been very little of relevence on this thread, certainly nothing I have seen by you.  I have not discussed this with CORE, so I cannot know why they they might or might not post something, but the thread has only been here a few days, and their application has not even been posted, yet.  I also have not asked them why they have not posted their application on their own site, but I'm sure that they are expecting it to be posted here soon, anyway.  In any event, it does not good to ask why CORE is not responding, when the only one who can answer your question is CORE.  Why they would bother responding to pointless nonsense about NPO's and the IRS, I do not know...
