        Thanks for your personal offenses! This is the way I expect the IOD people to act!

The only thing our customers get is a position in our pre-registration list. No Sauerkraut. No domain. To finally register a domain they will have to make an ordinary registration, which of course requires the payment of a fee. We will use the pre-registered position to sort the registrations for the submission during the start-up phase. BUT AS NONE OF THE SEVEN DOMAINS ARE AVAILABLE YET, WE DO NOT OFFER THE REGISTRATION. We will offer the registration ONLY WHEN WE KNOW THAT WE CAN PROCESS the registration and THE USER WILL GET A FULLY FUNCTIONAL DOMAIN. I assume this is a new concept to the customers of IOD.
