Nothing prevents the use of variants, nicknames, combinations or fancy names |

The namesake problem has no solution - not even the creation of as many TLDs as there
are namesakes in a given name. However, many users will probably use abbreviated
first names or add nickname components. And there possibilities where duplicates
much less likely such as herSurname.hisSurname.nom for couples.
