        bz cannot serve the purpose the biz domain name should serve. Bz designates a country, and thats what it should be used for.

Bz can never be a usable TLD for bussinesses, because it is very unlikely that companies will invest large ammounts of money in domains that are under the control of a foreign country. My understanding is that a country has full control of all or any of the names under its tld, and may deal with them as it likes. And a country is bound to a licensing agrreement only if it wishes to be bound.

Further more I think that the bz code should be used for what it was meant to be used, that is for websites for, from and about this country.

As far as confusion goes i think if the TLDsare correctly used there will not be any confusion because the websites for these two TLDs will be of very different topics.
