I have worked now for almost 18 months with the staff of Abacus, Inc.
in relation to my web consulting business.

What I find the impressive is that their Domain Registration site,
names4ever.com, has the most responsive customer service department
I've encountered.

It makes no difference how fancy the web site and its features may be
if you can't get a hold of someone to answer questions or solve problems it can be hell.

So far they only register the top three domain levels. In the future
when they start marketing the new and upcoming domain levels their
I'm sure that their customer support department will be crucial to
their continued success.
