I support this idea 100%!  I think it is great to create a safe place for our children to explore the benefits of computers and the internet.  They should be able to roam the internet, learn from it and connect with the world without the parents or the kids worrying about who may be tracking them, or what they may accidentally see. This idea does not necessarily mean pro-censorship.  It just means create a safe place.  Those that don't want it don't have to use it, there is still everything else in the .com domain (or any other domain) available.  Please, let's start really looking out for the welfare of our kids.
