Now let's see what *you* understand. You wrote:

This is completely RIDICOLOUS.
First, because IANA permission WAS real and was documented
(for example in 1997 IOD vs IAHC lawsuit).

Second, because *IANA STILL EXISTS* at this time!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can see it clearly even on icann.org homepage!!!
(See on the left, there is a link to iana.org webpages!).

Third: even if IANA did not exist, of course its tasks
would have committed to ICANN and would not be lost.
