      To ICANN,

       While ICANN has been in the procrastination business for 4 years, Name-Space and IOD have been in the business of actively preparing for the future. 

       All registrars are watching Name-Space and IOD.  All registrars have learned from Name-Space and IOD.

       The main difference between Name-Space and IOD, as opposed to Network Solutions and Afilias, is that Name-Space and IOD are comprised of Pioneers, and Network Solutions and Afilias are comprised of e-Bureaucrats.

       If the ideas for the future of the internet are to be competition and creativity, then ICANN must award TLDs to the already proven masters of the game, at the people's level: Name-Space and IOD.

        If ICANN bypasses Name-Space and IOD, for the tentacles of Network Solutions, Afilias, and others, the entire world is going to understand what is happening, and the ripple effects are likely to be tidal waves.
