WEBSTER, WHY I MISSED OUT ON CHANDELIERS.NET & CHANDELIER.NET |

Webster, I started looking for a generic domain name long after CHANDELIER/S.COM
and .NET were taken. Like I previously stated, I am not a big-time internet
junkie. I merely own a chandelier company.
My company's website wasn't built
until November '99. By no stretch of the imagination could I be considered
a domain name speculator.
I'm not that smart. However, I am smart enough
(about the chandelier business) to know that owning CHANDELIERS.WEB will be a great
positive for my business ... a real plus. Why do you begrudge a small
business owner, such as myself, for buying a marketing tool that will help me compete?
I hope ICANN doesn't also begrudge small business owners such as myself. From
what I read about Ken Stubbs,
I don't think he's on the side of small business.
I think he's in the pocket of the Afilias conglomerate, completely bought and paid
for.
