Thanks for sending the link. Outside intervention should probably be sought by the internet community given ICANN's apparant failure at self regulation. Internal controls are meant to prevent various types of wrong doing including conflicts of interest. Silence on this issue by ICANN only fuels our concerns.
ICANN, please state your position on this issue regarding Ken Stubbs involvement with the respective entities. Has the Conflicts Committee formally addressed this issue (in writing) as is required under the ICANN established Conflicts of Interest Policy? Did he submit a formal statement to the Conflicts Committee regarding such involvements prior to entering into them? The Conflicts Committee is required to act.... Has it, or not??? Please response...
