Sir, you are absolutely correct. Our system has had 20,000 registrations, which is nowhere near the level that the NSI registry has had. But please allow me to point out two issues

1. The NSI registry is apparently not applying for a new TLD. The Afilias proposal indicates that it's the NSI Registrar. While they're the same company (which raises fairness issues), the registrar is not allowed to benefit from the experience of the registry.

2. *Nobody* has done the levels the the NSI registrar has done. It is, therefore, unfair to criticize any application based on that fact. Of all of the applications, it can be said that Image Online Design is among the leaders in actual real-world experience.

With that said, your concern is a valid one, and one we share. As a result, we ran over a month of stress testing on our systems to simulate loads well in excess of that which the NSI registry receives. In all cases, our system passed these tests with flying colors. The results of those tests can be seen in our application, which I encourage you to read and comment upon.
