Pilot,

I entirely agree with your comments regarding the fine line that exists between brand names and common household generic names (if I may call it this).  While the line is fine, it neverthless exists and can be used as a guide for all existing and would be customers of IOD.  I believe that some self regulation and adherence by IOD customers will go along way to strengthening the partnership that has existed between IOD and ICANN for many years.  Admittedly, the road has been bumpy and Ken Stubbs has muddied the waters, but I believe IOD will prevail in the end on the merits of its application, its honesty with the participants in this forum (and in the public arena), and its solid track record for customer service.  Pilot, thanks for an excellent response!
