Seems like everything's already been said.  By ICANN's standards, should they choose to follow them, would indicate the .web TLD should go to IOD.  But also by ICANN's standards Ken Stubbs should resign or at least recuse himself from any matters regarding .web, Afilias, or any other organisation he's involved with either directly or indirectly.  Will ICANN follow thier own standards?  Perhaps, but perhaps not.  Either way the future credibility of ICANN and future of ICANN itself will depend on their decision to who will be awarded the .web TLD.  It should go to IOD.  Will ICANN do the right thing?
