Friedrich,

Thank you for your fair comments.

It appears that CASDNS, CORE and apparently Sarah do not want any further facts stated here regarding the subject matter, however, ALLDNS will press on.

Your are correct in that there was a contract between CASDNS/ALLDNS that was very clear regarding the parties business relationship and handling of ALLDNS customer requests.

There was never any issue between CASDNS/ALLDNS in their handling of customer requests or communication.  The issue only arose when CASDNS decided to present the matter to ALLDNS with its demand for more than its share of money than was agreed to by the parties in the written Agreement.

A point ALLDNS was trying to make with all of this is that CORE is apparently to blame here.  ALLDNS did not violate any ICANN policy through its requests or Agreement with CASDNS and CASDNS knows this, however, CASDNS apparently violated CORE's Membership policy by entering into the written agreement with ALLDNS.

A point ALLDNS was trying to make with all of this is that when CORE was confronted with this CASDNS/ALLDNS written Agreement, CORE apparently used its CORE Membership contract with CASDNS against CASDNS, thereby, unduly influencing a US company and US commerce, to the detriment of US consumers who registered CORE domain names in the
US.

This is a major problem and an example ALLDNS is trying to point out here regarding unfair trade practices.  Where a wholly foreign organization unduly influences US Commerce via a sophisticated commerce network that it built within US borders, where then US consumers have no legal recourse or due process in the US against the principle foreign organization.

ALLDNS is trying to demonstrate that CORE apparently abused its power and responsibility in this case while operating in the US from Switzerland through its network of US CORE Members.  And US consumers suffered and lost their ability to use their domain names as a result.

We are also trying to point out that ICANN policy also apparently allowed and promoted this kind of unfair trade practice to exist under the Accredited Registrar program.

I do not believe we are going to hear anymore from CASDNS or CORE regarding this matter.

Best regards,

Derek A. Conant
General Manager of ALLDNS
