That, sir, is what should be avoided. Not a monopoly in a pure sense, because NSI would be their competition.

But too much control for one registry.

Spread it around a bit.

Talk about a registry not being tested or proven in the wide-open market! That was your concern for IOD. Yet you would give so much to NameSpace?! Talk about horrific reprecussions if there were a technical disaster at THAT registry! It would be enormous, if NameSpace were to get all the TLDs in the application.

There must be a misunderstanding yet again. You CAN'T be suggesting that.

ICANN: Be an agency for the People as well as an agency devoted to corporate interests.

Bring IOD's .web into the Internet root, and allow .web to become the TLD of the People.

Then grant us protection.
