        1.  IOD customers have purchased REGISTRATIONS, NOT "PRE-REGISTRATIONS".

2.  I discovered IOD through search engines, looking for "new tlds".  You could have done the same.  Anyone could have ... some did.  You did not.  Now that you know about it, you want to invalidate property of other people so you can have a shot at it?  No way.  Not in this country.  To be consistent, you should also favor recalling/invalidating all current .COMs, NETs, and ORGs.  You see, when these TLDs were first available, much of the world was neither online, nor computer literate.  To be fair to Haiti, we should now recall all .COMs, .NETs, and .ORGs. Far fetched?  Ridiculous?  Well, your scenario of taking property from .WEB customers because you just discovered .WEB, sounds equally ridiculous to the virtual, defacto stock holders of IOD ... ITS CUSTOMERS.  Fortunately, your scenario sounds equally ridiculous to our judicial system.
