        As an e-commerce professional, I fully support IATA's bid to sponsor the ".travel" TLD.  After reviewing the IATA proposal, I concur that ".travel" is a logical choice for the expanding category of TLD's. Moreover, IATA would be a strong and trustworthy manager of the ".travel" TLD for the travel industry.  Purchase of travel and travel-related goods and services online is growing rapidly and consumers need web sites that will serve as reliable sources for their purchases.  From the perspective of a neutral, non-profit organization, IATA has the ability to objectively screen ".travel" sites to ensure that they are legitimate and reputable travel businesses.  This process will provide consumers with confidence and e-businesses carrying the ".travel" TLD with a recognizable mark of quality.  The ".travel" TLD will be a meaningful addition to this online industry and I urge ICANN to grant IATA's application.
