It's not that we're not bringing it up, but that we're more concerned, right now, on the process at hand which, if done in a fair and open manner, will show that our application is the superior one, and result in the approval of our .Web registry. While what happened in 1996 is important, I believe that the current process shows a clear reason why we should be approved. As such, there is no reason to argue over the past. What happened, happened, and no amount of arguing is going to convince those who choose to close their eyes to facts. So for this process, let's concentrate on the merits of our application, and worry about prior commitments if and when it is necessary to do so.
