I would be interested in knowing if ICANN is enforcing all of its internal controls,
i.e. conflicts of interest policies. What right does ICANN have preaching to
the internet world with regards to trademark name conflicts, domain name selections,
policy reforms, when the organization appears to have failed at regulating itself?
What is the point of having Conflicts of Interest Policies if they are not enforced?
Isn't ICANN practicing a double standard here?
