We choose to resolve to the ORSC system because it provides us with better service. When the current IANA roots had problems a couple of months ago, the ORSC servers were up and running with no errors.

Sir, do you know anything about DNS? Which servers we choose to resolve to has no bearing whatsoever on your DNS, or the DNS of our customers. We don't run the ORSC servers, we just find that they're better. In your ignorance, you presume that using a product means running the product. If that's the case, you must run the IANA root servers, since you use them. Right?
