Would you be so kind as to identify yourself? May I presume that you do not wish to be identified because you are working for another applicant?

Regarding your question, for the simple reason that our customers registered in good faith based upon the IANA directive of 31 July, 1996 to go live, take registrations, and accept fees. These facts have been both documented, as well as brought out in our 1997 lawsuit and were never challenged.

If you can get Bill Manning to refute this issue, I'd gladly drop it. But Mr. Manning has said, for the record, that while he may regret giving the permission, he did, indeed give it. Unfortunately, Mr. Postel's untimely death prevents us from asking him about his involvement in the permission as well.

But again - it's easy for you to ask misleading questions from behind a mask. Why not identify yourself? Would you answer that for me, please?
