Saying that refering to history is not appropriate is, in itself, in appropriate. The history shows how we got to where we are today. It explains why we have been doing what we're doing.

If, as you say, ICANN is in charge, then why have they not asked Image Online Design to become a registrar? In the almost two years since ICANN was formed (and it is to note that Image Online Design participated in that formation), they have never, even once, brought up the subject. Even when we asked.

I think that I am qualified to speak on this issue.
