Maybe a human at NSI will read this. They certainly do not read their own inboxes. It has just taken me a month to change my host. Their automated system did not work for my circumstances. (changed e-mail address) Could not raise a human to help. Eventually reinstated my old e-mail address in NZ and then the auto system worked.

They are already an ineffectual manopoly.

ICANN should give them notice of termination as registrar of dot com and then put the job up for tender (say three years). The new TLDs could be handled the same way. No company should have monopoly rights to any community service. NSI have proven the old adage "absolute power equals absolute corruption" I see from the forum that they can even get those that testify against them to join their cartel.

As a first time reader of this forum I sure hope the ICANN board spend some time here because the message is clear. Manopolises do not work.
