Subject: .WEB is not a root system

While .WEB does resolve in the ORSC rootzone, the TLD by itself is not an alterntive root.

In addition, just because ICANN does not wish to support or recognize existing rootzones, it does not mean they do not exist or that they should not exist.  ORSC rootzone has been in existence for many years.  ICANN should follow its own statements and not disrupt existing operations and simply recognize prior use.

FYI, that would eliminate several of the applied for TLD's, not just .WEB.
