I have to support kids over
xxx or sex. If properly administored then it will become the easiest and safest way
to provide a "safe" place for adults to let their children browse. The two, sex
and xxx, both require existing content to be moved to allow filtering on them, and
not everyone would be willing to move their content. And what of the isp's who have
existing customers. I don't think forcing "www.somesite.com/xratedcustomer" to give
up his customers is viable. But, providing a "kids" domain would encourage many to
move willing. People wanting to put their content into the "correct" domain, and
properly administration of that domain would help a lot. I don't really care which
applicant gets the "kids" domain, just that I think it would work better in providing
parents the means to limit access if they choose.
