Dear Sir,

       How is it that when I did an NSLOOKUP on NS.IODESIGN.COM (which is as you already know the primary TLD server for WEB), I find that in the "." zone, it seems to show the Alternative Root Servers ("open-rsc") root DNS servers instead of ICANN/USG Root Servers?

       Here is the output of my NSLOOKUP result for NS.IODESIGN.COM :
