Subject: The round-robin system

There are a number of ways in which automated registration systems could be countered. I know there was quite a discussion about it in another ICANN forum. You might try having a look for that thread in one of the other forums. If I come accross it again I will post a link.

Personally, I feel that a random round-robin registration system is the best way to level the playing field. Afilias has proposed this, however the round robin system in and of itself isn't a good enough reason to select their application. As detailed in that other thread, there are more conventional (and easy-to-implement) ways to restrict automated submissions.
