I would simply like to point
out that you have raised an excellent question here. It should be looked into
further. Just off the top of my head, however, I would say that it is very
likely that whichever lawyers they hired to put this together were probably very
aware of this and worded their LLC application in such a fashion as to avoid this.
As far as my reading has been, the lawyers went to great lengthts to show that Afilias
is an entity separate from its owners, holding all of its own assets, etc. Kiyu
