Subject: IOD is not fit to operate Registry

Message:

Whoever states that IOD can technically support real TLD Registry operations does not know anything about Registry and registrations.
The support of ICANN accredited Registrars is imperative for such operations. Customer care will be inadequate otherwise.
They need to have RRP server, RRP client, BackOffice support targeted at Registrars (billing, reporting, customer care), specialized WhoIs server. None of those is available on the market to be purchased. It took NSI over two years to build their own RRP server and it is still under development and improvements. IOD does not have by far the resources of NSI. NSI is NOT selling their RRP
solution.
